STUDIO LACEY
Studio Lacey in Old Town San Diego
Opened in August of 2003 Studio Lacey is a small jewelry shop in the historic area of Old Town San Diego. Lacey is hands on designing all of her pieces by herself in her shop, with a vast knowledge of quality, design, and origins of handcrafted imported silver from around the world. Lacey has created a line of handcrafted sterling silver pieces inspired by man’s historical appreciation for adornment. Some of her favorite inspirations include: traditional Mexican silver, African metal and beadwork, East Indian gold and gemstone work, Moroccan architecture, Thai silver, and Balinese silverwork. Her studio also features jewelry from around the world including some by local designers. After walking in the store you will soon see that Lacey loves Mexican culture, and she has an amazing display of Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) designs.
